The Japanese Chamber of Trade & Industry, Malaysia (JACTIM) represented by its Immediate Past President, Mr Daiji Kojima and President, Mr Takero Sawamura paid a Courtesy Call on MAJECA President, YBhg Tan Sri Azman Hashim. Accompanying them were Mr Hiromitsu Narukama, Managing Director & CEO of Mitsui & Co. (Malaysia) Sdn Bhd, YBhg Datuk Seri Mohamed Iqbal, Vice-President, MAJECA and Ms Ng Su Fun, Executive Secretary, MAJECA.

The discussion was aimed at introducing MAJECA to Mr Daiji Kojima’s successors, namely, Mr Takero Sawamura as the new JACTIM President and Mr Hiromitsu Narukama as the new Managing Director & CEO of Mitsui & Co. (Malaysia) Sdn Bhd. JACTIM also informed that this year, 2023 would be the 40^th Year Anniversary of JACTIM. The meeting also discussed the upcoming 40^th JAMECA – MAJECA Joint Conference in Tokyo later this year.
